A lot of companies use windream for the revision-proof archiving of ERP documents.
Our development PCSarchiv now offers the possibility of automated archiving.
ERP documents, such as receipts, contract notes or order confirmations will be archived automatically in the windream environment while printing them.
PCSarchiv gets the information from the database fields in the ERP application during the printing process, which are then transferred to windream and written in the index fields.
PCSarchiv functions as a standalone system which runs independently from the ERP application. The advantages are: It works with any other version of your ERP application and even in case of upgrading your ERP software PCSarchiv is not influenced and does not require an update.
